I've always liked the Legends, cracking motors and 160MPH on the speedo!   Looks lovely and clean, especially underneath and under the bonnet.  Nice.

Agreed buddy shame about the rust, nevertheless it looks a cracking motor B)

You would have that rust cut out and new metal put in before I could say Honda Legend! I think one of these will be my next project in a few years ;), If I can find one of course....

It's a beauty, going back to how well adverts are written too, this is a great advert....you can tell by the wording and the pics that the guy loves it as he enthusiatically describes everything and the pics are good.  Nice.

Yup agreed on the advert but a car dealer would strongly disagree but depends who you aiming at so I try a mixture and the ones with least info do generate more interest as result in my experience but i can't help it packing an add either  and don't forget I've put a topic up on this buddy ;)

I was looking at it a short while ago. Seems like there is a nasty electrical fault somewhere on it though so i'd say the price is a bit high. Also was the C32 in the Legend a VTEC???

The NSX is DOHC VTEC and on is Legend is SOHC non-VTEC buddy ;)

I know what you mean Rich.  I popped into the bookies earlier to put my Irish bet on and I noticed again how long our coupes are, they're really quite long.  They also look classy even almost 20 years later they look mean and purposeful, if you know what I mean.  ;)

Already featured on this topic m8 and I've seen it in the flesh, mechanically the wrong differential fluid had been used e.g DW1 put in  Z1 only application and the cars sophisticated traction system was switched off due the larger wheels, shame really as it certainly looks the part

It must've looked lovely in the flesh......I could've lived with the traction control off if it looked like that:)

This model is renowned for its handling capability's (SH-AWD) , so lowering and fitting bigger an wider wheels would only compromise it if the system was switched off in my opinion and your spot on with ABS as well Dave

I understand people going for an individual look but compromising the vehicles intrinsic handling and safety features should be more of a consideration when doing it. Let's face it, that model Legend isn't parked on every street corner so is already a very individual car and to be honest, it doesn't need "chavving up" to have road presence. Fine, change the wheels if the factory ones aren't to taste but keep within the size limits.

With something like a Civic without traction control, the options are much more open. It's also the sort of car more widely available because it doesn't cost anywhere near as much so making it more individual can be down to personal taste and is less likely to be classed as "chavvy" for the simple reason that so many different aftermarket bits exist for the Civic.
