Administrators hughezee Posted August 11, 2017 Administrators Report Share Posted August 11, 2017 Nice looking Odyssey RA6 in white, low miler as well http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2003-53-HONDA-ODYSSEY-AUTOMATIC-LOW-MILEAGE-7-SEATS-EXCELENT-CONDITION-/112513034076?
Administrators hughezee Posted August 11, 2017 Author Administrators Report Share Posted August 11, 2017 Another one if you're feeling flush @ only £4795 > http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Odyssey-Absolute-2-3-i-Vtec-Auto-/382152032934? Think I bagged myself a bargain(s) even buying two RA6's in the process to get the spec and top notch condition & colour I was after.
Administrators hughezee Posted August 11, 2017 Author Administrators Report Share Posted August 11, 2017 Looks a cracking example of a Shuttle, although being the LS version is lacking cruise control, alloys, roof rails and tow bar which are all standard on the 2.3iES, I would happily own this honest hauling Honda https://www.gumtree.com/p/honda/honda-shuttle-2.3i-ls.-automatic-full-service-history-blue-1999/1249766440
Moderators Laird_Scooby Posted August 13, 2017 Moderators Report Share Posted August 13, 2017 Is it just me when i look at the white ones i think "Ice Cream Van"? Blue one looks nice though! Definitely got a bargain with yours though! 1
Administrators hughezee Posted August 28, 2017 Author Administrators Report Share Posted August 28, 2017 Project (purple) anybody 2.2l not VTEC, only £499 http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201610128696979?advertising-location=at_cars&onesearchad=Used&onesearchad=Nearly New&onesearchad=New&postcode=de143dp&radius=1500&make=HONDA&model=SHUTTLE&sort=sponsored&page=
Moderators Laird_Scooby Posted August 29, 2017 Moderators Report Share Posted August 29, 2017 Did he win the Demolition Derby? That's one very battered Shuttle! Shame as it could be made nice again (but with a lot of £££ & TLC) and i have a certain fondness for the non-VTEC 2.2i and autobox combo. Bit overpriced IMHO at the moment though. 2

Administrators hughezee Posted December 30, 2018 Author Administrators Report Share Posted December 30, 2018 Finally found one a Honda Odyssey 3.0 V6 Automatic 😍 little more HP than the coupes and 5-speed auto/trip box, if it had roof rails and leather I wouldn't be sharing the link put it that way, maybe they would take the RA6 Odyssey and DC5 for swaps 😁 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Odyssey-3-0-V6-Automatic-6-Seater-MPV-FRESH-IMPORT-TopGrade-4-5-A/352481735095?

Moderators PTR200S Posted December 31, 2018 Moderators Report Share Posted December 31, 2018 Me too ! That really looks a nice example, 4.5 exterior and an A interior , wow! Considering its top end stuff there is not much information on car itself, apparently the company doesn't buy from auction but the buyer in Japan will have done.!!! Pictures don't tell a good story either, if interior is that hot ( A ) then show us.....also, Has it had a speedo conversion to mph ? No info. Has it had infotainment changed ? Japanese radio no use here, No info. Has it had rear fog light fitted? No info , but probably as it has an mot? Has it had an MOT? Yes, apparently and also seems to be registered with V5 present, but no reg number.... Tyres ? No info.... Doesn't seem to have a lot of options either, just basic stuff like climate control, pas !, Rear seat belts !, Tilt steering wheel! Really !! If you are selling a prestige bus like this why wouldn't you make the most of the opportunity ? Having said all that it does look the part and really should be residing in your drive , Stu !!!!

I spied electric front seats and extra rear centre table being a 6 seater, (mines a seven) rear brakes look like they need doing and rear n.s wheel looks a little off could be wrong?
Administrators hughezee Posted January 24, 2019 Author Administrators Report Share Posted January 24, 2019 Another RA6, good price with roof rails too, maybe PX the DC5 😎 https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201810291944229?
Administrators hughezee Posted March 29, 2019 Author Administrators Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 Well the one shuttle that comes up for sale (haven't seen any for a while) has a potential for a bent valve and if you read the description sounds like a dealer cockup IMO 😡 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Honda-Shuttle-2-3LS-automatic-7-seater-MPV/123703995520?hash=item1ccd552c80:g:9-8AAOSwJj9cljTU
Moderators PTR200S Posted March 29, 2019 Moderators Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 Interesting, he now has a trade in offer.... Wonder if this is a dealer collusion over the "valve" problem.
Moderators Laird_Scooby Posted March 29, 2019 Moderators Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 Could well be the EICV - interesting to see that since the cam belt was changed, everyone seems to think it's an inlet or exhaust valve. Also could well be the dealer has (deliberately?) mis-timed one or more of the cams so it idles like a bag of spanners and has now offered them a trade-in! 🤔
Administrators hughezee Posted March 29, 2019 Author Administrators Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 I remember one dealer doing this kind of thing deliberately but it backfired when the owner of the car demanded their £1800 car be fixed it cost the dealer 5-6k to rebuild the engine with genuine parts...😄
Moderators Laird_Scooby Posted March 29, 2019 Moderators Report Share Posted March 29, 2019 Goes on way too much IMHO, especially when the dealer also sells new cars. Good on the owner of that one demanding they fix it at their cost, after all, it only went in for routine maintence and came out running like a 3-legged greyhound due to the dealers greed. Serves them right!
Administrators hughezee Posted June 18, 2019 Author Administrators Report Share Posted June 18, 2019 Getting a rarer sight on the roads, although did see three recently, but I was working on two of those 😋 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1997-Honda-Shuttle-2-2-Petrol-automatic-auto-People-carrier-MPV-export-6-Seater/183846783582 https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HONDA-SHUTTLE-LS-2-3-PETROL-AUTO-7-SEATER/153532312450? Think both of these will need a lot of TLC to get up to half decent mark, still cracking motors though. 👍
Administrators hughezee Posted June 24, 2019 Author Administrators Report Share Posted June 24, 2019 Super rare example of Honda Shuttle 2.3LS with less than 50k, will very likley need money spending on it, but try and find another like this? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/2000-Honda-Shuttle-2-3i-LS-5dr-Auto-5-door-MPV/372690031945? 1
