I haven't bothered any further with mine, just left the interior light fuse out....also controls the "keep unlocked" facility... It stopped the battery drain...I suspect the interior light delay unit but have got around to locating that yet.

I had this with the climate control screen...on and off as it felt like it...and the speedo lcd odometer display kept fading..took out the central unit out cleaned all the connections, bought another one just in case..put the original back and its worked ever since !! Also noted at the time that the display didn't come on right away, took a few goes at it.... Still got a spare central display ready to go though !!

Just presume they were in the process of powering up !!! 😜 You will feel better about it !! Did they just come on the next time you went to start it ???

Can't help with either of these but maybe you could contact them and ask if they have done these before/ check their website , if any, for reviews ...you never know there might be someone who has actually had repair done on a Coupe !!!

Crikey, proper surgery that !! Keep us posted on the problem, interested to know if you find the actual fault in the cluster. Good news on the wiring and plugs though 👍

That's a real blow 😭😭😭 Coupe might live again with Stu .... I take it the storage facility has closed...nowhere else locally ?? Could you find a single garage for the Mitsubishi , maybe temporarily?? Bit of land for the containers ????, store cars in ?? Or was that where the cars were ?

No 10 fuse, 15amp in the lower fuse box on the A pillar is the one I think...has a LOT of stuff connected to it. Have a look at this, shows Saloon and the Coupe options

Do you use the car every day ? With this damp at the moment it could well be some main connection rather than the fuse that is the problem..worth checking the wiring over anyway, lookng for breakage as well as checking for damp....

The plugs, oil filter and oil from a trade supplier should be no problem. Most of the trade suppliers allow retail sale...or maybe you could open an account? My last set of plugs, NGK or Denso , preference Denso, was about 60 quid I think... oil filters, just get a Honda S2000 filter., I prefer Honda ones but they are about 12 quid..Cox Honda usually have a deal on or Bamforth Lawnmowers ( yes really ! ) watch the shipping though. Air filter, I haven't found any aftermarket filters that ACTUALLY fit properly..the youtube crowd FORCE fit accord types etc,,, i buy genuine from Cox..... Cabin filters, quite a few aftermarket fit, like the ones I got a while back, AML filter from kavoparts.com. Had this before with both lights on, low brake fluid level caused by, as Paul says, a rotted brake pipe, in my case above the fuel tank on the offside rear. I lost the brakes completely....then noticed the lights had come on 🙄🙄🙄🙄

My Coupe has a complete mot history.... Only failed once, with a rear fog light in 2017...which I am sure was working when it went in...I think it was discussed on here at the time !! When it got a rear brake pad thin advisory it got new disks and pads 😄😄

I hadn't really thought I would need to let the Coupe go but I needed an estate again..hence Volvo V60 but I am not sure that will be a solution to my requirements and I may just push that on, once I have finished it to my satisfaction....so an Aerodeck or Tourer is a possibility. Regarding the V6, well yes, I could do a negotated swap......as to your "requirements " as a "tyre kicker " read picky ?? 🤣🤣🤣 ( me too !! ) you just need to ask !!!! What is it you need to know ?

It's now a year down the line since the Heyner blade was fitted.... This morning I noticed it is getting really noisy, not so much shuddering but a general noise overall. It's still cleaning efficiently but is coming to the end I think.... Not sure what to replace it with as all wiper seem to be crap now ,,,or is it the road deterioration, pot holes, surface stones etc creating detritus that gets on the screen and wrecks the rubber ?

You need a 3 litre or 3.5 V6 version of the Elysion, loads more toys to play with and keep you amused !!!

NOW SOLD 😭😭😭😭 Unfortunately I am going to have to let my Coupe go due to family circumstances . I have decided to keep the Elysion so V6 power is still available!! My Coupe is a 2001 model, Y reg, with just over 93k on the clock. Might increase slightly. Everything works including the aircon which was "blown up" last year. Original Bose radio system, unmolested. Green, ivory leather interior, original floor mats and carpets, with very little rust, none on the arches, standard wheels and good tyres. It is a two owner car including myself, I have had it about six years. It is MOT for a couple of months but I will put it through its ticket when sold. Got all the usual stuff like heated seats, electric driver seat adjustment, aircon, steering wheel radio and cruise controls. I have done the maintenance on the car, including gearbox flushes , over the years...New brakes/ disks etc, all filters changed a short while ago. There are a few spares to go with it . Pictures can be seen in the appropriate threads, haven't anything recent but I will put something up here if any interest. Not sure what it's worth but if anyone on here, or their friends, want it then £2150 I think would be fair. Bad points The paint on the rear bumper, small area, wants blowing in plus there are a few scrapes on bumper corners ( not mine !), odd couple of small dents commensurate with its age !! The cambelt was changed in 2017, now has about 13k on it so the new owner may want to change it on a time basis. Pic from last year
