All the F-series engines use the same timing belt and components so a kit intended for the UK model will fit, just avoid Gates, and Blueprint Kits including their water pumps. I would use an SKF Kit or Genuine parts via https://www.amayama.com/ see the links below. https://www.amayama.com/en/catalogs/honda/accord/6-sedan-left-cg-ch-2001-r-50/engine-and-fuel-system-5/camshaft-timing-belt-1323?filter[years]=2000&filter[engine]=F20B https://www.amayama.com/en/catalogs/honda/accord/6-sedan-left-cg-ch-2001-r-50/engine-and-fuel-system-5/water-pump-sensor-2470?filter[engine]=F18B2

Sorry to hear this, hopefully, it just needs cleaning or maybe just a new gasket π€ it's still awkward to get at it located very close to the bulkhead on the intake and held on with two Phillips head screws/bolts (V6 has three screws). However, you might be able to get away with just squirting in a bit of cleaner or WD40 via the intake into the IAC valve passage on the throttle body, just before the butterfly valve? Additionally the UK 1998-2002 model does share the same valve Denso REF: 136800-1141 and I have one spare and there are a couple on eBay atm: https://www.ebay.co.uk/p/540526777
