  1. I think this will have to be used by me for a week or two first before being returned to the owner ?
  2. Good Evening Honda Dreamer, You can relax in the knowledge of Just how well built this generation of Accords are. I seem to recall Stu mentioning the formula one suspension arrangement is similar.
  3. Hell, if that’s supposed to make sense then I don’t ever want to be sober ?
  4. My answer will go on the back of a postage stamp. Leave on, reasons 1,2 and 3.
  5. Imagine taking flex to strikers. (A once local night club where yobs would show off their 1.3 Novas and sound systems). Nobody would know what flex is or indeed what had hit them. Ohhhh yes, we’re perhaps a trifle too old for that now, by perhaps a couple of decades ?
  6. I have to say Stuart has done an amazing job on this older shuttle. It’s a vehicle I’d like for myself ?
  7. There’s a bit of rust on bluey’s passenger door. ? I need to treat very soon. I’ll order a touch up paint tomorrow. Running beautiful though, so quiet ?
  8. Welcome to the forum, where all things Coupe and Honda meet With unrivalled expertise and enthusiasm. As a coupe owner of many years, I assure you that you made a great choice in purchasing one ?
  9. I saw it yesterday. I was gobsmacked at how modern it made the car look. I think it would look awesome on my dark blue V6.... Maybe one day ?
  10. Congratulations Richard. You’ll love it I’m sure ?
  11. Hi all, Talking of brake servicing, what are your thoughts and experiences of bleeding kits? There are an array of these available from various prices. I have noticed simple bottles and tubes with a ball bearing in, to fully automated vacuum generation units. Any recommendation of one to purchase (or avoid) ? Thanks in advance. Stu,
  12. Interesting topic this. Some people look at me like I’m a boring anorak whenever I discuss it, but I don’t understand why people are so sceptical about fuel friction modifiers. As you may all know now, I run a Honda Jazz as my daily driver, and it consistently gives 45-48 mpg running on Sainsbury’s 95 unleaded (Sainsbury’s use BP). In a dire emergency I had to use Asda special last week and the mpg plummeted down to the range of 32-36 mpg. In horror I have now put Shell V Power in, in a vain attempt to clean everything back up. Within 6 miles of driving mpg was restored to previous levels. I will switch back to Sainsbury’s 95 next time I fill up.
  13. Hi Geoff, I average about 250-300 miles per week, but I’m using a Honda Jazz as a daily driver now. Plan to keep the V6 in very nice condition ? That’s why I do the oil changes every 3 months or 3000 miles, whichever is sooner ?
  14. It looks amazing Stu! Thank you very much!
  15. I've slept in my V6 Coupe on a number of occasions. It certainly rivals some beds I've experienced in terms of comfort
