Know how you feel, they can be a right pain to replace. Tried replacing the battery on mine a while ago, ended up wearing out the slot grip. Ordered a good used one of eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/263223688584? Better to use thumb tips to twist turn the cap if you can, tools will only damage.

My opinion, they are okay if you are on a budget and not looking to splash out and go track racing. There are many online that are going cheap, but will they last long for the price. Looking to get mine on coilovers too. Would suggest YSR or BC racing.

Went and had a look at it today, needs electrical work on the ECU (refurb, fault finding), hence why I asked on the classifieds. Going too cheap for what it is. Clean bodywork and interior is clean for its age. Has had a new cat converter installed, was previously straight piped. Has some history, including the original dealership invoice sale. Would be sad to see it go to some ricers or towards scrap/parts salvage.

...speaking of Prelude, was thinking a while back of getting some chrome lettering badges from Halfords and sticking them along the center of the boot lid light or just under the boot lid shut along the bumper, like the 5th gen prelude 😂🤦 However I do like what some of the owners have done on here and remove the badges except for the Honda emblem. Nice clean look 👌

Yes, I already am 😂. A lot of people just think of it as an ordinary honda up front, but until they see the rear. I have had countless people mistake it for a Prelude.

Thankyou, I think its deffinetly amongst some of the rare colours out there. Hence why I bought it 😁 Its been in my possession for the past 2 years. Hopefully can make progress with it. So far so good 🙂
