Nearly 3yrs since I had my Civic wheels powder coated and they're still nearly as nice as the day they were done - quite impressed with the result holding up that well for that long Full disclosure, they've only ever had ideal running conditions which has probably helped keep them nice. Only get used during summer, taken off, properly washed and swapped for a set of winter wheels every year after 6/7 months of use and then dry stored in a shed.

If you want me to hold on to it till you've got time and space mate I don't mind sticking a cover over it and keeping it whole It's not particularly in the way and it'll be sat there still if I break it for parts anyways 🤷‍♂️ I'd love to see it saved

Ey up folks, Before I put it on ebay and start to break it for parts properly, I wanted to see if anybody was interested enough to save the mighty green 'deck. In case you didn't see the MOT thread, it's an MOT fail but not really for anything major, i'm just not the person to spend the money on this car to keep it going. A few other things to note - it has rot on one of the rear arches, nothing unfixable though and the underside is still actually very good! I also reckon it'll need a new clutch before long, however it's still drivable and I was planning to use it this year 🤷‍♂️ Currently sat at 166,480 miles, still runs absolutely fine. I've ran it on exclusively E5 for 3 years. I'm asking £500, which will include an exhaust rear section and a set of 4 tyres which will take care of a few of those MOT fail points. I'm only offering it for sale on here so if anybody takes it, i'll give the interior a proper good clean out and sort everything as nice as I can for you! Also if you want me to get it MOT'd and sorted i'm happy to with cost of the work added on to the asking price, I use a Lexus specialist local to me who's very competent, actually appreciates these old cars and has also worked for Honda in the past (Doesn't come with hi-vis jacket 😄) (Does come with half a tank of the finest Costco E5/Shell Vpower blend) I'd love to see somebody keep this car going honestly, it seems to want to live! If you want any more pictures of anything let me know, if you want to come and have a look first then there's a cup of tea/coffee or two on offer as well 👍

I've only been told it was a diesel hybrid word of mouth from somebody I know who works at LTN and from the Geoff video mentioning it as well, but yeah if it comes out as being just a diesel i'm not going to buy it for a second... 🤷‍♂️

You called it, they reckon it was a diesel hybrid that apparently started the fire 🤔 but obviously as soon as any of the EV's that were also parked in there went up, it became unmanageable I hadn't even given this kind of thing any thought at all, but from now on if i'm parking in any kind of car park i'm going to make sure i'm as far away from the charging stations and EV's as I can be.

A couple spotted today at festival of the unexceptional... Gold was a 2.0 and the purple was a v6, don't recognise the reg's, not anybody on here are they? Amazing event btw, unbelievable turnout and the weather held too, will post a few more pictures elsewhere in a few days

Has said car been parked for an extended period? I have a feeling they don't cope well with lack of use, as both my others have never had problems and yet my newest purchase has barely covered 1000 miles in 6 years and it's died 😕
