Aye, us 4 were the lucky enough to get through the gates about 40 minutes before anybody else so prime parking! That metro was on 31k miles, amazing condition. Sadly the Accord has suffered some pretty serious issues on the return journey. I'll spill the beans in more detail later on, when I know more 😔

From what I can see it looks like just surface rust in the arch! Needs a bit of a clean in there though so I can have a proper look, when the weather's better i'll get it out of the garage and get to work on it. For now the issue is the temperature gauge, want to get that operational 😄 And i've also found a couple of places I will hopefully be able to get some replacement parts, plan on ordering some next month when i've been paid 🤔

I think i'll just let them handle that then 😄 The rust isn't too bad, shouldn't be too big a job.

Arch rust should be (hopefully) pretty easy, know somebody local that worked on the crown vic for me when I had it and did a lovely job! As for new a new radiator, exhaust etc, how easy are those to come by? I'll admit i'm probably way out of my depth and i've probably been talking to the wrong people and looking in the wrong places but getting parts for the Aerodeck has been difficult so far, it's why i've ended up with a second one since it's just easier to use that for parts 😄 Anything to do with the paintwork won't be done by me, at least it's not the plan currently since I don't really know what i'm doing. 😄 That is something beyond my abilities I think 🤔 I always make the effort to understand the best ways of doing things though so any suggestions or experience you have with it is very welcome!

Since i'm gonna be doing lots of fixes and upgrades to the coupe over the course of the next few months I thought i'd make it it's own thread so I can talk specifics, ask for advice and spam the pictures a little bit 😁 Instead of using my fleet post all the time. This is the fixlist for it so far, couple of important things on there I want to try and get sorted before I start using it again properly. Recommendations about anything on the lists are very welcome, finding OEM parts isn't always so easy so if anybody has any that they don't need i'd be interested in them 😁 (Especially a 2.0i ES badge!)

A couple of before & after pictures of the body/paintwork I had done on the Aerodeck: Before: After: Before: After: Before: After: Couple of further bodywork issues have popped up since the paint so it's been washed and covered up for winter. Keeps it clear of all the salt and crap on the roads through winter at least. I'll have a couple of pictures of the paintwork I had done on the Civic in the next couple of days when it's dry enough to take a proper 'after' picture.

Hello folks! Just came across this forum, figured I might as well sign up and say hello. So, I own 3 Honda's currently: My '98 Accord Coupe 2.0 ES: Bought around mid 2016 and sadly it's been sitting dormant in my garage until recently. It's finally on the road though, awaiting some body & paint work done before I do anything else. My '95 Accord Aerodeck 2.2i ES & '04 Civic SE 1.6: I'm a huge fan of the old Honda wagons and estates in general so when I came across the Aerodeck last year it was a must buy, especially in the condition that it's in! Currently about to have some paint work done to get it looking like new again. The Civic I bought as a cheap runner in 2017, it's never let me down to date and is in pretty much perfect condition inside and out. Sadly it's off the road for the time being due to me having bought another rather large project, i'll make a post about that later if anybody is interested. So that's it for now, I hope you don't mind me putting these pictures in here! 😁
