PerciUrwin
Hi all, I'm the proud owner of a 2001 V6 coupe in BRG with 64k original miles on the clock , FSH ( mostly Honda) with all belts recently changed by the previous owner. Just needs to have the roof resprayed ( lacquer peel) Any good recommendations/referrals? The Drivers seat RHS squab is ripped and requires a good repair Any good recommendations/referrals? Any tips for ownership of these beauties would be appreciated. Please to be here ! Is there an annual national meet ? John.
Moderators PTR200S Posted November 1 Moderators Report Share Posted November 1 Hi John, welcome to the H6nda community!! Tell us more about why you acquired it and we need pics....its the law !!! 😜 Paint, well best case is to find a local refinisher or body shop and see if you can get to speak to anyone that has used them. Seat squab ? The usual place is the drivers right side bolster on the seat back but in either case you need to determine how bad it is,,,some can be glued back and the leather "painted" back in using a leather refurbishment kit...available on line usually. What colour trim is it ?? Have a look here for some more ideas. Worth having a trawl on the main site here. https://honda6.ipbhost.com/forum/175-interior-mods/

Randell
Great to see another V6 Coupe in Wales. I've owned mine for nearly 5 years and still love it. Ive been building a new garage/workshop for my car over the past few months, just the rendering, guttering and drains to finish. But it's going to be a lovely stable for the Honda, and give me a nice space to work on it. It's covered in sawdust in this image, but it's been washed and polished since. It's a 1999 model with 47K on the clock, and runs perfectly. The only thing that doesn't work at the moment is the dashboard bulb indication for the 'cruise control', which I'll replace as soon as. https://www.icloud.com/sharedalbum/#B17532ODWJ6hJXh
