Moderators PTR200S Posted July 16, 2020 Moderators Report Share Posted July 16, 2020 Is that to replace bulbs? If I recall its access is in the inspection plate on the inside of the hatch, in centre......
st123
But if you have fat fingers like me you have to take the inner boot cover off😁

Go for the rounded one and lever that side off from the outside.... carefully!!! They are fragile, best done in warm weather, sunshine on the rear of the van !! Once you have broken one side the other will come out easily 😄 Number 14 !! about 4 quid plus carriage !!

Moderators PTR200S Posted May 22, 2022 Moderators Report Share Posted May 22, 2022 Offside number plate light out....easy , peasy .....ok, perhaps not !! The outer cover wouldn't release this time so got swmbo to insert hand through the internal rear inspection cover and around the cables for the latch mech. The wiring plug came out and then the bulb holder no problem....I changed bulb and swmbo inserts it back through the hole...and drops it 😱😱😱 into the panel inside the hatch. Needs a Tanner touch now!!! Out with the nylon trim removers, unscrew the pull down tailgate handle and remove the BIG tailgate trim !! 5 minutes, all done.... I don't know why I bothered with the rear entry hatch, .....😜😜 just get the cover off and get on with it !!!!!
Founding Member PaulS Posted May 22, 2022 Founding Member Report Share Posted May 22, 2022 I reckon that those who never have trouble doing these supposedly simple jobs never actually do the job themselves.... or they are experts!
