Preventative Rust Proofing & Treatments & Remedy’s Honda Legend

I’ve used plenty of products over the years some good some bad, but ultimately preparation is king to achieve longer lasting results    but what would you guys be using to treat surface rust lets for example an anti roll bar so a reasonable amount of flex is required

If your rust proofing your car I'm afraid waxoil is pretty shit TBH, try Dynax by bilt hambler or some of the cavity/body waxes from Rust.co.uk.

 

Waxoil has all the long lasting adhesive and rust preventative properties of wet bogroll.

I ve always used Dinitrol, they come in kits too depending on the size of your car, you pay a little bit more. But well worth the money.

Aye that's what Rust.co.uk sell, it looks like they offer a decent steam clean and rust preventative application for very reasonable money.

 

Bilt hambler is the best we have tested at work.

My MK1 Legend is covered in a similar product in colour, I don't think its the same although have seen this stuff on other cars and it's rotted them out, so keeping a close eye on things just in case 🤨
