CD Player Can't remove CD's

I have a 2008 Elysion. The car entertainment system says there is 100+ Cd's in there of which I've listened to them all.

I can input a new CD. But it does not play! It will eject the cd too.  However  I've no idea how to get the other 100 cds out so i can load my own.

I see some people mention hard drive but I'm sure mine says  CD's.

I doubt it has 100 ACTUAL CD in it, more likely 100 CD worth if music copied on to it??

Is it on the original Japanese system???

Not got an answer but have the same problem and just bought the car and must also get the sat nav changed, you are lucky you have a 100 cds to listen to I only have the only cd I played meatloaf bat out of hell album continuous lol

100 CDs ?? the changer stack must be huge? Unless it is an old DVD style player, these discs could hold many albums, or maybe its a Hard drive based system, which I've seen on some USDM and JDM cars. The hard drive is probably immovable. Is there no instructions online?
