  1. I was offended the other day when a guy at a petrol station asked if mine was an audi 🤦‍♂️ i might have to put at least one honda badge back on after the respray😂
  2. It dose if you put some satin clear coat on it but the heat seems to have turnt the colours darker of the course of a year so im going to get a decent acrylic coat on there next time
  3. The colour is graffiti paint the graphic is vinyl it needs doing again soon as the paints not the best quality
  4. Sorry this is the only pic i seem to have at the moment will get some more soon and mre recent ones as this is from last year lol still got alot of sanding to do before full primer coat and paint if i ever get the chance Just found this one in my Instagram folder of my engine bay also from last year Ps. Thanks for the advice lads postimages works better than photobucket
  5. I've still got a whole car to rub down after i filler primed mine lol at least i dealt with all the dents and rust issues just gotta get my wet sanding groove on and then get the paint on at some point 😂
  6. Hi all i tried seaching through on the site for info on this but couldnt find the specific answer so thought I'd ask. Are the steering racks for the cg2 adjustable like most other honda racks as the lash on mine is a bit slack and if it is adjustable is it the same method of adjustment used thanks all in advance
  7. More than likely then as yeah they didnt even have numbers for my old mc2 1.8 civic vti they just lumped it in with the 1.6 mc1 and 1.5 mb9 numbers lol
  8. when i messaged howmanyleft last year the guy told me that the numbers they have for the 6th gen v6 coupe were less than 40 taxed mot'd and on the road did he get it wrong or is that the actual count 🤷‍♂️
  9. Is that the one that Tommy from ground force used to advertise😆 Handy little gadget
  10. Buy the hexagonal aluminium caps they are great as you can undo with a wrench when they are hot i think i bought my fake mugen one for a fiver
  11. I get ya hughezee my mates car is also auto maybe that makes the difference and yeah the interior is hefty for what it is i need to take the front seats out and weigh them but i reckon the drivers seat is a big weight drag. bucket seats are on the menu as well as uprated arb's and bushings im not bothered about comfort i like the crashy race car feel lol it keeps me feeling young
  12. I even set the coilovers at the same relaxed length as the standard shocks and once on the car they are sitting with a 75mm rear arch gap lol looks like its on stilts once the front are on ill sort out the height as i want it usable but on its arse lol my wide arches and spacers should be here soon as well im getting excited
  13. Ah i got ya. all i know is when i took mine to a weigh bridge it was 120kg lighter than my mates accord typeS iirc it came out at 1380 ish which is way lighter than the chassis plate states so I've been working off of that
  14. Its not the j30 is 160kg and the k24 is 185kg plus my car is stripped out as the interior was a hotchpotch of broken trim when i bought it trust me i did the research
  15. Mk1 legends rock they are such an awesome car fairplay on getting a free one
  16. Ok so i ordered a set of coilovers for the cg2 today and the ones i ordered are meant for a 2004 accord and 2004 acura tsx and I've managed to get the back pair on this afternoon but ran out of time to get the fronts on and get the ride height adjusted but they seem to fit straight up and I've loads of room for going lower. they are a little stiff on the bounce test as the spings are meant for the heavier bodied and k24 engined saloon I'll get pics up once its all on and sitting pretty and if i can remember how to post pics lol . And I'll let you know if they are worth installing
  17. I know the front do most of the work I'm not stupid buddy but the rears are always working as well as it's about a 70/ 30 split on these cars but I know that they are working efficiently and effectively as I have noticed the wear of the pad is about right compared to the fronts and yeah I've been checking as I'm paranoid about sticking calipers again I'm not some rookie I just drive fast and brake hard like I said and it's pretty much every time I drive you should see how quickly my track mg used to kill a set of pads
  18. Who keeps posting confused emojis it's not hard to understand that I rag my car but service it and fix it when it needs it what's the point in having somthing fun and driving it like an old lady I drive all my cars like I've stole them I live on some great country driving roads and my brakes get a heavy work out lol
  19. And it not like the rear calipers don't get a work out as I drive the car quite hard and they get used
  20. I just service them yearly and it's all good one pot was only seized as the previous owner damaged the piston seal and it let water in they were like it when I bought the car
  21. So there wont be many if any then shame as I'd love one
  22. Thing is I never use the hand brake as I never park it on a slope
