Rear bumper, reg plate surround repair.

After the Coupe got shunted last year, up the rear, I never got around to fixing it after losing faith in the justice system ever forcing the culprit to do the right thing....

There are a multitude of scratches easily sorted but more annoying rather than serious is the reg plate surround.

it has popped out in at the top, normally its lip sits on the outside of the bumper , it is now behind the bumper but the lower half is outside still.

Is it possible to "pop" the entire thing out to refit it, does it just press fit into the bumper or is it retained by clips of some description?

Trying to avoid removing the bumper to sort it but if necessary will do.

The bumper will need to come off fella, its a couple of pieces sandwiched together around the bumper with a retainer + screws.
